I'm able to do almost any request except for glitch builds. Do not ask me to commission one because I can't do it. Prices range based on the complexity of the request, bucks of the request, and size of the house. I'm not super picky on offers, it just has to be worth the long work I put in. If it's a large home or a complex house, I will require you to give me some bucks to build. I'm not going to waste robux buying more bucks for your house.

Tiny home: Val of 3-10 depending on complexity

Medium-sized home: Val 12-20 depending on complexity

Large home: Val 30-50 depending on complexity.
