Hi everyone. I’m currently doing due diligence on buying an apartment in the Mirvac Pavilions Verde building at Sydney Olympic Park (Figtree Drive area) and was hoping to hear from anyone who currently lives there or has lived there before.

Just wanted to ask:

What are your overall thoughts on the building and living experience?

Any issues with noise, waterproofing, leaks, cracking, lifts, fire safety, parking, or building management?

Has anyone experienced or heard of any major defects?

Would really appreciate any honest feedback before I proceed further.
