Worst flare in years

Hello! I am 23 and was diagnosed at 17 with IC. For. the first few years it was constant burning pain in my urethra. Luckily I've not had a serious flare in over a year (occasional bad days but mostly okay. I've now been in a debilitating flare for 5 days. The constant burning pain is unbearable, I sit on the toilet for hours as it's the only place that I find mild comfort. I have visible blood in my urine and take amitriptyline everyday. I've tried paracetamol and diclofenac but they aren't helping much. I'm debating calling NHS 24 for some stronger pain relief. Does anyone have any advice? especially with emergency help in the UK at weekends? I'm in agony and can't afford to take more time off work. Any advice or support would be much appreciated, thank you!
