I have working in a early stage startup. got fired by startup founder (says 'no budget'). Next company rejected me at final stage for 'behavior issues' despite clearing all technical rounds. When there were no issue as such but they give this reason just when they are about release offer letter, 3 years experience, 11L CTC.

Skills: Django, React Native, AWS, DevOps. Need honest perspective from people who've been through this.
