So while I was at work, I checked the twitch app, said hi to a friend of mine and went back to work. This is the ONLY thing I've done on the app ALL DAY that day. Suddenly get an email that says I have been suspended for Hacking and Platform Manipulation. I send an appeal to get this fixed because not only am I definitely not informed enough to know how to hack ANYTHING but also I wouldn't even have the time to if I did.
As soon as I send my appeal, I instantly get an email response saying "Your account was recently suspended for Hacking and Platform Manipulation. A member of our team has reviewed your appeal, and after taking a look into the details of your case, we have determined that your account will remain suspended due to your violation of our Community Guidelines."

I know its an automated response so I was hoping I could get an actual human to look at my appeal so I sent a support ticket to hopefully get a little extra attention of just 1 person to look at my situation. Their response:
"In order to appeal an enforcement on your account, please navigate to our Appeals Portal"
I can't send another appeal and it wont even let me view the details of "Where the violation occurred"
I'm never on reddit but I'm at my wits end and really need some help on getting my account back. I'm super desperate to get my account back on which I spent so much time creating memories and meeting people. If anyone could help me out or give me a lead on what to do next, I would greatly appreciate it <3
