Looking for a movie, American, post-1993. Scene: All I remember is the this scene. A woman in a dress I belive it was white, she is pushing a stroller/baby carriage in what looks like a suburban neighborhood. You could see the bomb was inside the stroller. A man walks up and looks at the "baby," then it explodes in a massive explosion. American movie I belive, watched it as a kid so sometime after 1993. Could be a TV movie or theatrical release. Action/thriller vibe.
