Does anyone know if it's possible to create a dynamic list for Workday Docs using 2 business objects that essentially cannot see each other?

I'm currently working on creating a doc using the Reference letter Business object but need to pull through Worker data, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to get these two business objects to communicate.

I am trying to pull a list of all colleagues with the Job title of "Senior Partner" in the UK only, it then needs to display in the reference letter dynamically.

I believe a sub document using the document builder with a loop is the best option and have this working independently, but I'm missing the link between the BOs.

I'm looping on an EMI calc field which uses Worker BO, Workers as source field and returns a T/F calc field that returns true if a worker is a senior partner in the UK

Anyone have any similar experiences/advice to resolve this?

Thank you!
