I’m about to go reserves in the Navy after my first contract (4 years), and my company been absolutely dragging me. From getting cursed at daily by my LPO, Leadership calling me out in-front of my entire company for going to VA Appointments and TAP classes, to HMs refusing to give SIQ or Future care for a knee injury during deployment (both had to go the ER after they did nothing). ((NOT ON A SHIP)), or making me do assignments and staying late that absolutely makes no sense. When I’m not around, and my friend who’s a 2nd class told me, they will talk shit about me or will say they won’t send paperwork I need up.
I’m not letting it get to me, but when it’s daily about me doing something wrong or “not strong enough for the navy” it gets to a point. I don’t have the navy, love it, I just want to pursue my dream in Law. Any advice because it can just feel the hate from them and they don’t even try to hide it.!
