FCV or gingivitis?

<there's a language barrier so i apologize in advance>

my aunt had a cat that's all vaccinated and well and she's about a year old now

she rescued a stray cat whom suffered an eye infection and fcv

the new cat stayed at the vet for about 10 days until she confirmed she is 100% cured and got her first round of vaccination (execuse my ignorance i really dont know the details but round 2 is next week) but unfortunately she also lost one eye due to scratching it so much

anyways 9 days later (today) the new cat has a FOUL smell again and her gums are swollen and we also noticed her drool (?) which is yellowish has some blood in it too

we contacted the vet again she still didn't answer but we are scared she might infect the other cat since she's suspiciously calm today

to sum up , does the new cat still have fcv or is it just an infection ?
