Is it possible to stretch a heel like this ?

Hi everyone, My issue is with the front strap, it’s a bit too tight. Is it possible for a cobbler to stretch it slightly, or is stretching mainly only possible with closed toe heels?

I just started taking Elvanse a week ago and my face is covered in bumps. Is this normal?

I’ve had no improvement in focus, increased appetite, and new acne which I’ve never had before. It’s Friday so I won’t have access to my doctor till Monday but I am wondering if this is normal?
