I’m 25, earning approx. 70k a month. If I get promoted, my pay jumps to 6 digits. However, I want to resign because my body and soul are already so tired, and I’m not sure I even want the promotion, as the workload will get 10x harder with no work-life balance. Industry is sales btw.

Question: Was there a time wherein you chose high salary over work life balance or viice versa? Which was more worth it?
