How do I go about deciding the strength and type of line for fishing? I recently got a curado 150mg and mostly fish bass with faster action lures like spinners and crankbaits but also an occasional soft plastic. I usually just throw on whatever mid strength the reel says in fluorocarbon line but for an actual bigger budget setup I want to do it right

I recently got a shimano curado 150mg and need a rod to go with it. My budget would be about $200 but I would like an all rounder rod for small rooster tail spinners to bigger crankbaits and soft plastics. other than the occasional old worm and float I mostly use small to medium sized faster action baits for bass. So I’d like any kind of rod that would be strong but has some finesse and sensitivity.
