Planning a trip to France in June or July for 10 days! Recommend we place to visit?

Hey guys,

I am planning a trip to France. I am coming from the Netherlands and my first stop would be Paris and then head towards Normandy spend few days here and also visit the Étretat. I was wondering if Nomady is the right place to go in early June to early July?

On my search for things to do everything looks nice but Will it be too crowded?

Is there anything else you think we should do our 10 days trip? Me and my husband are trying to plan n idyllic relaxing trip after all the stress we had in past few months. So, anything chill and considerably easy to reach by a car or train, we are up for it.

Thanks in advance

Selling on Vinted has become more stressful than I expected!

It’s not even just about the low offers (although those definitely don’t help). It’s the constant cycle: people liking items, messaging, asking questions, showing interest… and then just disappearing. Over and over again.

Every time someone reaches out, there’s this small hope that maybe this is the buyer, maybe this item will finally sell. And when they ghost, it leaves this weird feeling like… did I do something wrong? Did I say something off? Price it wrong?

I know logically that it’s just how these platforms work; people browse, compare, change their minds. But emotionally, it gets draining. It starts to feel like a loop of getting your hopes up and then being let down, even when nothing actually went wrong.

I’m trying to not take it personally, but it does get overwhelming sometimes.

Just needed to say it out loud in case anyone else feels the same. Also how do you overcome this?

How do I assure buyers I am selling genuine cosmetic products?

I’ve sold a few fragrances already, mostly in the €20–€30 range, and those tend to move pretty easily. But anything above that price point becomes much harder to sell. I constantly get messages asking if the perfumes are genuine, even though I clearly mention in the listing that they are 100% authentic.

I always include detailed photos from multiple angles, and I state that I have the original receipt or invoice available. If it’s from a well-known store across Europe, like Sephora or Douglas, I make sure to mention that as well. Still, people seem hesitant, which I understand to some extent because there are a lot of fakes out there but it does get frustrating having to reassure every single person individually.

I also sometimes sell fragrances that were gifted to me, blind buys that didn’t work out, or simply scents I no longer want in my collection. But even then, it feels like gaining trust as a genuine seller is really difficult.

For those of you who sell fragrances, how do you deal with this? Do you have any tips to make buyers feel more confident?

*I have 5 stars on my profile for context. I am selling my Chanel Chance Eau Splendid EDP, Valentino Donna (born in Roma OG) and my husband’s fragrance Narcisso  Rodriguez Bleu Noir Parfum. We were on a fragrance shopping spree last year and hence want to reduce the fragrance collection (including my another household items but that’s never been a problem)*
