Relocating to a new country in finance sector at age 35 wise or no?

I am a 35 years old Male, Single, from Punjab, working as a Manager in a PSU bank in India. I started this job as a clerk back in 2013.

I applied and got PR of Canada last year through PNP, visited Canada in April 2025. Came back to India after getting my documents like health card and PR card. Its been a whole year now and I am still confused whether I should resign from my job and move permanently to Canada. It feels overwhelming and scary at the same time to think about starting from scratch all over again.

But at the same time I don't feel like continuing here either as this job has become exhausting and is causing dilemma with non sense unrealistic pressure of targets, toxic workplace culture, no fixed working hours and frequent transfers.

Moreover, quality of life, infrastructure and everything around in India is deteriorating day by day creating such a negative environment and one suddenly feels demotivated and unpleasant. Even with comfortable earnings, life doesn't feel luxurious. Traffic, filthy public places, no law and civic sense, the list is endless.

I am drawing a monthly gross salary of Rs. 1.28 lacs plus perks of around Rs 25k. Luckily, currently I have no liabilities and financial obligations here in India. I have a parental house in a Tier 2 city.

I have retired parents who are drawing regular net pension of around Rs 1.20 lacs monthly collectively. An elder sister who is also single and does job in a different city. Also, parents have investments of around Rs 2.50 Crores.

Practical suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.!

Which path should I choose for the long run and why?
