Hi everyone! As a CX employee, I used to use Miro and FigJam for customer journey mapping but always felt they were too general. Every time I needed to map a journey I had to set up the same structure from scratch.

So I started building CJ Builder — a focused tool made specifically for customer journey mapping. It aims to guide you through the process step by step with predefined fields, so you can go from zero to a complete journey map in minutes.

It's still in MVP phase and I would love honest feedback from anyone who maps customer journeys in their work. What's missing? What's confusing? What would make this actually useful for you?
