Need Advice

I want to start water fasting but as its my 1st time need some advice.

  1. How to maintain the vitamin/other needs of the body for essential minerals do you have to take supplements

  2. How to start with I see people doing 31, 20 and long fasting stints but how to start for biggners what's the ideal no of days to start with

  3. Precautions to be taken before starting the fasting and after, are there any specific thing to be taken care off as I know this is a shock to the body to be deprived food amd thus reset metabolism but any ideas to really help to be well prepared.
