Hello everyone. Can someone check my thinking.

I had to take a $10K TSP loan to cover something.

I am about to graduate OCS/OTS and go to my next duty station.

I was thinking of applying for the USAA career starter loan to pay off my TSP (so I can get my money back into my account to make more money) and also buy a "cheap" car because I currently do not have a vehicle.

Does that look like a sound plan? any other suggestions instead?
