This seems abnormal. Yuki onna spams her pocket dust 6 times in 35s and that shit can stop everything except the ult. No cool down on enemy tools? She’s just spoofing dust everywhere. The only reason I got the final dual tempest strike in was because she was distracted by the spirit bear. Was this just bs AI? I’ve never fought an enemy that spammed like that.
Anyone else finding the connection has been rough the last 2 days. Enemy AI seems to ignore hits. I was doing a dual tempest strike on an onibi keeper and got the first slash in, then he poked me dead. Shouldn’t the first slash make the enemy unable to hit back? I also had 3 dual tempest strikes with zero lightning in the first section of the nm incursion this week. Legends feels buggy rn.
