
I usually don’t post about stuff like this, but I tried one of the simple rituals suggested on Tibetanastrology.org just out of curiosity. It wasn’t anything crazy—just something small and intentional.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but afterward I felt noticeably lighter and calmer. Could be placebo, but it actually helped me reset mentally for the day.
Not saying it’ll work for everyone, but I had a good experience with it.
