Am I crazy for thinking I can use 5/4 lumber (6in by 6 ft) for vertical fence pickets? I know they’re heavier than some other standard pickets, but I’m looking for something robust.

i have 10-foot 4x4s set 4 feet into the ground (sandy soil with no concrete) set 8 feet apart with three rails.
