I’m testing different cold email structures and noticed a pattern:

Most emails fail because they explain the offer too early instead of making the first line relevant.

Example structure I’d test:

  1. specific first line
  2. one clear problem
  3. one small outcome
  4. soft CTA

Example:

“Hey [Name], noticed you help [audience] with [result]. Quick question — are you currently trying to improve [specific outcome] without adding more manual work?”

Would you keep this structure, or make it more direct?
