Help my aunt! (Thank you)

My aunt has Icloud+ that is renewing tomorrow and she is traveling. She pays for it by using a voucher that is on her apple account. Will her ICloud+ renew by deducting that amount automatically tomorrow, even though she is traveling? Or does she need to change the region in some way?
