After I (42F) workout (whether it’s lifting, cardio, Pilates, or walking)I feel great and energized for an hour or two. Then all of a sudden I feel so exhausted like I need to nap.

I get a lot of sleep, try to prioritize protein, and eat relatively low carb. This isn’t something that came on suddenly, it has seemed to always be the case and I’ve just kind of shrugged it off.

Is there anything I can do or should focus on to avoid this crash and continue feeling energized and great?
