Does anyone else get migraines while they’re asleep without realising it, and then wake up to the worst pain imaginable?
I’ve experienced it a few times, and by that point, aspirin doesn’t work anymore. I can’t move, I can’t lie down—I can’t do anything but sit in a dark, quiet room. It’s truly the worst way to start the day.

I’ve been suffering from chronic migraines for ages. At the same time, I’m a huge movie fan and love going to the theater. But every time I went, I’d get terrible headaches during or after the movie.
I realised that the bright lights and loud sounds were triggers for me, so now I bring sunglasses and noise-canceling earbuds to the theater. Now I’m not afraid of going to the movies anymore!
