I placed an order over $500 and went through as processing on my banks end and customer service told me there is no order on their end, no orders show up on the website and did not receive any sort of confirmation email or text. Today, the payment went through and is no longer processing and still nothing even though they said it would return to my bank. Still no orders shown or any sort of confirmation or tracking. What do I do!? Please tell me someone’s had something similar happen and has been resolved😩
