Surgery was July 31st, ACL repair with quad graft. Cybex test results showed that I have a 55 percent deficit in my left quad vs right. Definitely disappointing, as here I thought I was close to returning to sport haha. Anyways, to the gym I go for some more focused quad exercises for the next few months 💪
