So basically, in the past (from feb 2022-march 2025) i was on sarms or mk677 literally constantly, except for like one month literally. I was blasting lgd for over 1,5 years straight up to 15-20 mg a day and was on ostarine up to 30 mg a day for over a year as well straight blasting. I quit cold turkey with no pct in march 2025… i still have 2 full unopened bottles of lgd and a little bit of ostarine left from back then and lately its been looking at me real nice. Should they still be as potent if i bought them around 2022-2023 and how bad of an idea would this be?

Recently bought 250 ml of G thinking i would use it to have fun here and there. Here we are about 3 days later and i cant leave it alone, im constantly wanting to dose. Any advice on how you can leave it alone easier? Also how much usage does it take to start getting withdrawals as im really really trying to avoid that. Thanks
