How much you offer first?
And how much being countered?

Cash buyer
- very quick to give a low ball offer
- aggressive in negotiation
Mortgage buyer
- slow but reasonable offer
Anyone had experience and how did u choose?
I have a pending offer.. but still in the phase of negotiation.
I don’t know if there are no new viewing requests or EA just pause any new viewing to make me accept it … lol
I bought a flat . They provided me the landlord certificate and leaseholder certificate. But the name was previous owner.
Now I am selling it now. Can I reuse the same landlord certificate? Or I need to request a new one?
Anyone had same situation?
