Such a ridiculous support team and product design.
Have been a customer since 2022 and ok with the whole direct deposit payment system with rent.
I changed my account phone number which was a breeze in late 2025 - used the app, entered verification code etc, just worked.
And since my international travel (why I needed to update it in the first place), it's been a disaster to try to update it again. I'm on BILT Palladium now.
- the app and web portal never worked for me. It will forever say "Something went wrong, please try again"
- the "concierge" is useless. It tells me one time that I should try again in a week claiming they were going through a system update - totally untrue because a week later same error. Then they said they would connect me to a specialist via email - sent the initial email and 1 week later no followup
- called their customer service and they said they need me to connect to online service, they couldn't do anything. such a joke.
have been dealing with this BS for months now. So done with it. I can't even cancel my account. They want to "move to email" and never response again ig.
