Such a ridiculous support team and product design.
Have been a customer since 2022 and ok with the whole direct deposit payment system with rent.

I changed my account phone number which was a breeze in late 2025 - used the app, entered verification code etc, just worked.

And since my international travel (why I needed to update it in the first place), it's been a disaster to try to update it again. I'm on BILT Palladium now.

  1. the app and web portal never worked for me. It will forever say "Something went wrong, please try again"
  2. the "concierge" is useless. It tells me one time that I should try again in a week claiming they were going through a system update - totally untrue because a week later same error. Then they said they would connect me to a specialist via email - sent the initial email and 1 week later no followup
  3. called their customer service and they said they need me to connect to online service, they couldn't do anything. such a joke.

have been dealing with this BS for months now. So done with it. I can't even cancel my account. They want to "move to email" and never response again ig.
