Hello ladies im thinking of getting a pixie but dont really know where to go in syracuse...most of the places ive seen have been for braids so if yall know anyplace that does a good cut please lmk!

I tried a couple of them but they just keep going straight to voicemail. I applied to the Friedman transfer program and need to get in contact with someone from the college anyone know a number that works?
