Really frustrating - been using oura ring for just about half a year and battery is already terrible. Lasts 1-2 days and then have to charge again. Due to my job I really can’t be charging it whilst there and also have very little time to do it before sleep. It was supposed to last for a week or so but it’s really an issue now and really doesn’t work with my lifestyle. I reached out to support but they referenced data from early March not now (we are almost in May?). Tried to persuade me it’s working how it should but I’m the one wearing it and struggling. I’m seriously considering switching to a competitor because their customer support was even more frustrating than a false advertisement. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Maybe you dealt with the same issue in the past and got it resolved?
