Something I adore about Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats, and always have, is how every album (after Volume 1) tells its own story and kind of develops, in my head at least, into these almost black-and-white, perhaps early 80s horror movie tropes.

Blood Lust: a Witch Hunter persues an innocent witch, eventually burning her and she casts a curse.

Mind Control: A mysterious saviour comes down from Mount Abraxas and esrablishes a cult (we can assume is the Abraxas Corp).

The Night Creeper: A story about a murderer that the newspapers are obsessed about.

Wasteland: a story about post apocalyptic, dystopian earth where everything is controlled, people fear each other, and everything's really Orwellian.

I dont even need to comment on Nell' Ora Blu.

Does anyone have any input here? I'm really interested on knowing how many others know this and what people imagine and feel about it!

So, I realised that as someone who owns a whole lotta band merch, I was missing some UA&DB merch (which is odd, they're my favourite band). So immediately went on their website to look for smth cool. I settled on patches. A. Lot. Of. Patches.

Looks like I'll have my very own UA&DB battle jacket *sob*

This is the 1st part of my short story: "The Cartographer's Daughter" which I'm writing for my Wattpad account. I'm wondering if you alk think this part is ready to publish or whether you think it needs improvement and, if so: what?
