My dad wants to start planning his estate. Currently, he does not have a Will, and he wants to put my name on the title to his paid off house and he also wants to put my name on his checking and savings account so that I have access to that when he dies. Is this a good idea? This is in Indiana.

On the little research that I’ve done, I told him that a transfer upon death for his house and also his bank accounts might be a better idea??? Any ideas?
