I'm curious how long it takes for the VA to reach out to you guys when sending a message to your VA through My HealtheVet. I know all VAs are different. Just making conversation while my computer restarts.

I've never used it until yesterday as I'm having some issues, but they haven't opened the message yet. I thought it was odd given all the praise I've heard in the past about it.
