has medical clay or zeolite helped anyone to lower histamine in the body?
Does it help to lower stomach acid?
Does it help for itching skin if you take a tablespoon with water?
since I stopped benzos in 2020, I have a stomach problem which I don't know what it actually is. it feels like too much acid when my stomach is not full. with full stomach the symptom is gone. is this a common symptom of too much histamine?
i also suffer from itching skin and broken sleep since I stopped benzos. never had any itching skinor sleep issues before.
i'm in year 6 after benzos. i have the inability to stay asleep since I quit benzos. no insombia prior. took it for anxiety only.
afterwards I also had to throw up and water diarrhea for 2 years. i have too much stomach acid still. i now learned this could be because of too much histamine.
i also still suffer from itching skin. In the first years I had constantly a feeling like I had hair tingeling in my face because of the itch. I never had any itching skin in my life before.
i tried everything to fix the broken sleep, but nothing ever worked. even prolonged fasting. all kind of diets. carnivore diet and 1 one meal a day ended at least the water diarrhea.
i do meditation twice a day.
i was on a sleep program from my health insurance for half a year.
can the broken sleep be because of too much histamine? i take a quarter or 1/8 of Doxylamine for sleep. if I fon't take it, I don't sleep at all.
i took a half of Cetirizine for the last 2 days to see if my broken sleep gets better. today I had to stop it because I have a horrible migraine right now. can this be because of the Ceterizine?
i intend to try sone H2 blockers which I ordered. can this be helpful for the broken sleep?
any ideas what else I could try? i'm devastated about my condition.
