Me (U.S. citizen) and my girlfriend (Chinese citizen) are currently working and living together in China and are looking to travel to the U.S. for a week or so to visit family and vacation. For background we both have stable careers in China and have no plan to leave China in the foreseeable future and want to leave our roots here. I understand that B2’s often get denied especially when there is a ‘risk’ of overstaying, what can I do to give her the best chance of getting approved? (We have a record together of international travel, Hong Kong and South Korea, both times without any issues of overstaying)
