Hey everyone!

I’m thinking of trying to start a Songwriting & Music Production Club at McGill through SSMU for next fall 🎶

The idea would mainly be for students who aren’t in official music programs (though everyone would be welcome), and the goal would be to create a creative space for:

• songwriting
• music production / beat-making
• sharing original music
• finding collaborators
• workshops / demo sessions
• building a music community on campus

I realized there aren’t many spaces at McGill specifically for student producers/songwriters outside formal music programs, so I wanted to see if people would actually be interested in something like this.

Would anyone here join or participate in a club like this?
