Help with ROM on RG35XX H
Hello!
I am trying to run Pokemon Unbound on my newly acquired RG35XX H but I am running into an error. I followed the steps on the pinned "How to Patch Unbound 2026" thread on this sub and patched the 1636 FireRed Squirrels ROM using the Hexdeck app linked in the thread. I unzipped the file as it says and then added the patch to the GBA folder on the sd card that i removed from the rg35xxh and put in on my laptop. Once I move it back to the RG35XX H and access the patched .gba file that I put in the GBA folder, i get an "exec format error" and the game wont launch. I also tried using a separate patching tool with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I got the RG35XX H specifically for this.
I know the hardware isn't the best but I am on a budget and it seems like its supposed to be capable of running the ROM. Help! Thank you!
