Hey all. So recently I’ve been doing really good with my routine. I get to the gym about 4 days a week, and look pretty good. But around last week I got sick with a cold or something small and it hit me that I don’t see a lot of fitness talk about what to do with sick days.
This week I sat out to rest and recover. I get sick pretty often for reasons unknown to me I’ve tried vitamins and supplements and vaccines and everything but getting sick isn’t what I have a question about.
My question is should I continue some light routine throughout the sickness? It is hard to get back into the swing of things after I’ve been out of the gym for a bit so generally, I was wondering if it would be better for me to workout through it, or what other people end up doing when they get sick.
