Hey everyone,

I’m running into a weird issue after updating Zen Browser to v1.19.11b on my M4 MacBook Air (macOS 26.3.1), and I’m wondering if anyone else has seen this.

When I launch Zen after the update, I get a prompt saying:

“Zen is trying to install a new helper tool”

I enter my username and password like normal, but then nothing happens. After about 30 seconds, Zen just closes/crashes.

I’ve tried relaunching a few times and get the same result every time.

Has anyone else experienced this with the latest update? If so, did you find a fix or workaround?
