TN attempt at YYZ - Need advice

Hello, I recently went in for a new TN with my current employer at the YYZ POE and the officer said the employer will need to provide evidence to the USCIS as to why I need to be located in the US for my job.

For context, my job is 100% remote and I occasionally travel to onsite office locations. My company is not a registered tax entity in Canada which is why my role is based in the US. Does my support letter need to state this explicitly? Will that suffice?

I have 10 days left on my current expiration so looking for some guidance here if someone has faced similar issues in the past. I've engaged my company lawyers and our immigration point of contact on this as well.

Thank you!

I'm supposed to be filing for a "renewal" tomorrow at YYZ and I was wondering what the average wait times have been like lately? My flight is at 6pm and Air Canada won't give me a boarding pass online so I have to check-in at the airport which doesn't open until 2:55pm.

I was planning on arriving at the airport way earlier than that but this AC check-in policy is making me wonder if I have enough time now.
