high heart rate
to start, i do have POTS, however i just finished my first week of zepbound at 2.5 mg. the first two nights of it i woke up with a resting heart rate of 120 while laying in bed. i was able to get it down with water and a cool compress.
my question is: has anyone else experienced this and would it be safe to administer my next dose?
