PSLF Tracker - Month Ineligible, Not Classified
Since 06/2024, my loans have been in forbearance due to SAVE. My PSLF tracker on FSA was randomly missing five months (02/2025-06/2025.) The tracker skipped from 01/2025 to 07/2025. I waited and waited to see if the missing months would ever show, but they never did. I recently contacted MOHELA and they resubmitted the months to FSA. I just checked my tracker and the months now appear, but the payment status for the five previously missing months says "Month Ineligible, Not Classified." The payment status for all the other SAVE months before and after these months says "Forbearance on Due Date." Does anyone have any advice or know if this will cause an issue when I go to submit a buyback request? I last submitted an ECF on 12/2025. The status shown for these random five months is really worrying me. I can't understand why this would be the status of my loans in the middle of the SAVE forbearance. I plan to reach out to FSA and MOHELA, but wanted to know if anyone has seen this status in recent times? Every time I feel like I am making progress another problem shows up...I feel very defeated.
