I have a recurring infection and I need to stop smoking as soon as possible. I'm going to order the book, but I would really appreciate it if someone could dm or link me to a pdf of Alan Carr's the Easy Way to Stop Smoking. I have found videos with an unabridged audio recording, but my auditory processing isn't great/I don't take information in very well via audio.

If anyone could help me find a pdf of this I would be very grateful.

I'm a trans man preparing for phalloplasty and need to start getting electrolysis. I'll be moving to CA over the summer, but need to start removal soon in order to get surgery when I want to (next summer). Does anyone know where I might be able to get hair removal with someone who is at least friendly, and ideally experienced, working with trans people prior to lower surgeries? Thanks
