I was subscribed to the spotify premium duo plan which became a legacy plan after October 2025, and I was continuing with it without any problem. This month I get a notification that my last payment didn’t work and the pop up notification is letting me only downgrade the plan. If at all the payment didn’t work, I should be able to check the payment settings rather than forcing me to downgrade.

Can anyone from spotify help me with this?
