I made a purchase of 239$ March 25 using my credit card and recently saw a email of refund. But when I went to check my bank statements, the statement of the spirit airline transaction that was usually there was gone. I checked every credit card to make sure it didn’t just disappear and even called but it was just magically gone. I’m pretty confused if the payment was refunded or not because I also paid off my credit card that month and there’s no refund statement in my bank from spirit. Is everything automatically discharged the $239 or I was not refunded😭

Does anyone have similar experience where the transaction disappeared?
