I'm just wondering: how many of you found more pain relief from treating your MCAS than your EDS?
Mainly, the well-known H1 + H2 antihistamine protocol, but also any other histamine management/treatment.
Were any of you able to reduce your LDN dosage as a result of treating MCAS/histamine intolerance?
