I recently took on the role of DOM at a flight school. I oversee two locations, 6 mechanics and 15 aircraft. I was a lead technician before this and have been with the company three years. I was at 32 flat and my DOM raise got me to 33.50 (1.50 raise). Just curious on if you guys think this is fair. Going off the market on my own research it seems I’m being significantly underpaid compared to other GA directors of maintenance. However as always I feel the need to consult the Reddit peeps.
