43F here and i went from like 8 products to 3 and my skin looks better than it ever did with the full routine and i think I was irritating my skin without realizing it but now I just use cleanser, tret, moisturizer, and a solawave mask at night and its been the best my skin has looked in years.

Has anyone else experienced this? What did you keep when you simplified? Curious what other peoples bare minimum routines look like.
