My rogue alt CANNOT temper attack speed or critical hit chance on any weapons. These temper options don’t even show up at all in the temper screen. Every other character I have can temper attack speed or crit hit chance. it makes no sense to me

i even tempered crit chance onto a weapon on another character for my rogue, put it in chest and retrieved it on rogue, and the stat has red text saying only these classes (every class but rogue) can use this stat, just like a man’s regeneration would have for any class that isn’t sorc

is this a known bug? Is it just my rogue or is this all rogues That have this issue?
